"TL;DR: After several problems I was denied my prescription refill because Mercy the pharmacist was offended that I was trying to be pro-active in filling to make up for his poor management skills. DO NOT GO HERE. I filled my prescription here 3 times, despite the location being mildly inconvenient to get to and not having the best hours for my schedule because I would be able to get a discount from them and they were still convenient enough for my husband to get my prescription with minimal problems. First time: They refused the discount saying it wasn't applicable, but otherwise had my medicine in stock so my husband got it anyway. Second time: They wouldn't have my medicine in for 2 more business days, and the man was a little rude on the phone explaining it and offered no explanation why their online refill service doesn't work. Third time: They wouldn't have my medicine in for 2 more business days again. Didn't call to tell me that it still wasn't in, so my husband spent his lunch running back and forth for nothing, and I had to wait at least 2 more days. I had to call and ensure they had it this time, and the man was rude on the phone again and treating me like an idiot for calling and checking. I tried to refill today, early this time so I'd be ready for any other possible delays. The man refused to refill my prescription because it hadn't been a month yet, was offended about my reasoning insisting it only happened once and I was overreacting, that it wouldn't happen this time because they had it in stock and that it was walk-ins to blame last time but that it wouldn't happen this time. That's where the conversation stopped. I was denied my medication, because of his bruised ego over poorly managing his job, and me trying to take precautions because of it. I have moved my prescription, I will not give anymore money to them."
