"Sent my wife to pick up 3 prescriptions as I am sick. I received 3 text messages saying they were ready. They only filled one and didn’t say anything about the other two to her. When she got home I called and they told me they held them because it was 26$ more then the insurance would cover… why not just call or tell my wife that and we would pay the 26$ Then she went on about how they’re busy and can’t fill the rest right now because they close in 45 mins, (idk how they had the time to fill one and not the other 2, there prepackaged medications just needs a sticker slapped on there) she continued to tell me I’ll have to Waite till tomorrow to get the other 2 as there is a huge line at the counter. So I drove up there anyways to try to get them and they closed early… no line, no people with 10 minutes left. Not much I can do about it besides let people know if you’re looking for a pharmacy that has your best interest, this isn’t the one. She straight up lied to me. Probably because she just wanted to go home. So I’ll be back tomorrow to try and get my meds that were called in at noon the day before."

"If I could give a MINUS star or no star I would! WORST PHARMACY, RUDE STAFF & THE RUDEST PHARMACIST “RAMI HIJAZI”! He couldn’t do his job when I called in, so was afraid to give his name so I couldn’t file a complaint against him to corporate, but I certainly did. Couldn’t find a prescription which this pharmacy has had for over a year & call/text when it’s ready, UNREAL experience from this Target CVS pharmacy! I hope I never have to deal with this place ever again! Mr Rami Hijazi you are one RUDE PERSON!! Learn how to talk to customers!!"

"Have been coming her for 15 years and the service has steadily declined. Most recently, we have a prescription we have to fill monthly and EVERY single time, we have issues picking it up. Today is my second time visiting the pharmacy to pick it up after I received a text saying it was ready. I waited for 25 min in the drive through and they told me it still wasn't ready and I had to come back a third time."
