"Walgreens has a horrible phone system and we have been on hold for an hour and a half trying to talk to a pharmacist. This is the second time today we've called and waited on hold for over a half hour. This has been my experience with Walgreens over the years so I try never to use them. I'm helping a friend now and I am seeing that the aggravation has not lessened at all since I last used them about 5 years ago."

"Jay the manager.. how in the heck is this RUDE man still working here. 5+ years ago we stopped coming here, because JAY was very rude to me. We started going to Publix. Had to run up to Walgreens last night for some OTC and ordered tests online last night. Jay just called my husband, and based on how the phone call went and him abruptly hanging up on my husband without letting us know when the tests would be ready, I knew it was the same rude despicable man from years ago. He doesn't need to be working with people. How does he still have a job here. I'll be getting in touch with corporate. Based on the reviews OVER THE YEARS, Jay doesn't have basic people skills and has disgusting behavior towards everyone. News flash dude, most of these people don't feel well. So, JUST BE NICE!!! Even if you have to fake it."

"Jay, the manager. He is a horrible man. I fractured my pelvis in March. I was in hospital for 4 days, then rehab for 10 days. There is nothing you can do but wait it out. 5 months to heal. When my doctor ordered pain meds, Jay called her before filling it. I don't know what he told her, but I'm not on any opiates, Xanax, etc, so I'm at a loss as to why. I am on Suboxone but refrained from taking it until I was home and off pain meds from rehab. Pelvic fractures are excruciating. I didn't walk again until I was home 4 weeks. Just too painful. Thank God I got good weed. Otherwise I'm not sure how I would've been able to cope. My doctor didn't care abt the meds until Jay took it around himself to interfere in my recovery."

"I don't know how many times I have been told my prescriptions will be ready today or tomorrow. And even double checking to ask when it will be ready. Just to show up exactly when I was told, that it isn't ready until a day or 2 from now.... its all on the pharmacist I know it. Because I never had this much of a hard time with any other pharmacy until I moved near this one. With an angry very rude pharmacist. He needs to be fired or at just retrained. After reading all the other reviews too... I know it's him that is the problem at this particular walgreens"
