"Pietro is a wonderful sales person. He was very attentive to very specific needs that I have in finding a comfortable vehicle. He is the most patient sales person I’ve ever worked with. He is extremely knowledgeable about each of the vehicles and if you ask him a question about what models of the cars have different accommodations he knows them off the top of his head and doesn’t even have to look anything up in a book. "I’ve been a Toyota buyer for over 30 years. Before thanksgiving I was looking at Lexus and ventured over to Lincoln. The Lincoln’s were so so beautiful! Ryan greeted me and really listened to me. He knew exactly what to show me. 5 days later I bought it. He came in on his day off to deliver it and show me the basics. He took the time to help me program the Lincoln App and the Aviator before I took it home. Been buying cars for many years and Ryan is a class act. He didn’t oversell me or push me. He listened."
