"If I could give 0 stars, I would. Ordered 500 roses on May 3rd to be delivered to our school on May 18th for a high school graduation. Possibly will get the on May 20th but who knows what time so it would be too late for our event."

"If I could give them zero stars I would. Literally the worst customer service experience I've ever had. They delivered the flowers on the wrong date and refused to help me figure out he situation. Both the representative and the supervisor Sandy told me there was nothing they could do for me. Absolutely DO NOT recommended."

"I ordered flowers through BJ's Wholesale, but they came from InBloomGroup. The flowers pictured on the website were light pink, which matched the color palette for my son's wedding. The order was for 360 roses. When I got the order, 1/3 of the roses were a bright pink color, which was not the light pink pictured in the website. When I complained to the company, their response was that the roses were pink; it wasn't their problem that they were two different shades of pink. I was left scrambling to find the right shade for a wedding that was two days away. Bottom line: you may not get what you think you are ordering, and neither BJs or InBloomGroup care."
