Publix Super Market at Doral Commons

"Bakery manager, Mr. Leo Rodriguez gave us such excellent service today. I told him that’s why we come to Publix please visit his bakery and you’ll see why. I will definitely be back. Massiel The assistant manager is also an excellent employee."

"Driving up North so we stop for some sándwiches, 2 people before us there was an Asian person struggling communicating with PUBLIX attendant not did not speak english at all. Well finally our turn. My husband ask for a Turkey club sandwich the lady said what is that in Spanish, she kept on asking and someone said it's Vegan, we said no it a Turkey club with Turkey and bacon. It was a mission. But finally got his sandwich. Next was me I wanted a philly cheese steak. We wanted a drink they ask my husband to pay for cup and he said once he gets his sándwiches. We went to pay there and we waited for a while. We asked someone to charge us and we were completely ignored. We walk to the front registers. There the lady said hello in Spanish charged us for the sándwiches only when we left the large drink for her to charge us. She gave me the drink back and I ask if she charge the drink she said no.We said that to please charge cause Noone charge us in the Deli. Dept. We were really in schock of the type of people working there. I have always loved publix because it really was a pleasure shopping there. But NOT here. We will never go back."

"We live nearby and we visit this store 3-5 time a week . We had seem a deterioration specially in the Dely area .Not appropriate attitude of employees ,, lack of merchandise ,and presentation of prepesred food , We have also noticed a lack of supply of Greenwise products, Example , corn flakes , chicken and vegetable broth , lactose free milk , liquid egg whites , etc In the past the attitude was excellent .but not now ."

"i really enjoy buying at publix in doral commons on multiple levels. first and foremost, their friendly, customer-oriented staff who greet you so nicely and bend over backwards to be of help, the cleanliness of the supermarket, their large selection of items, their amazing buy-one-get-one-free offers, their nice facilities, and the cherry at the top, they are literally across from home, i even walk there on occasion. the whole experience is very pleasant."

"Family oriented environment and the staff are very friendly and professional. Enjoyed the hot wings bar ,,many different flavor wings .. and today was Asian food day so had that also,, salad bar was fabulous. They also served the regular deli hot foods and subs also. Shelves were packed with items. Everything I needed all in one location. Very pleased."
