"Great service for a warehouse with store inside I bought the flowers on November 21 and my wife is still happy with the flowers till this day they look beautiful just like her. I’m so happy that I went to this florist. They are awesome same-day delivery and I’m happy for their service I recommend this to any husband who wants to send flowers to the wife at their jobs, or a place of work or office even the employees were amazed thank you excellent florist. "Not happy at all with my experience, placed order in person/ paid and was assured that the rose arrangement would be ready by 9 in the morning the following day. Was told by the lady that they put them together the day before so they could open up beautifully by the time of pick up. With my surprise I arrived at 9:45 to pick them up and no one had any idea of that order nor was it prepared. I was asked to wait for them to prepare it. Nothing was done to correct the issue other than me having to wait. Will not be going back."
"Happy with my experience here. Ordered an arrangement for my mothers birthday to her workplace and the customer service was great. I had placed an online order and realized afterwards that the delivery instructions weren’t clear. I called and the person helped me fix it right away. The day of delivery, I was anxious about if it would be delivered before my mother left work so I called again. The same person recognized my number and addressed me by my name and immediately let me know that it was about 5min away. I was so relieved, minutes later I received a photo of my mother with her flowers. I appreciate the kindness and patience provided by this business, will definitely recommend. My only suggestion is to perhaps include delivery time slots online to choose from or some sort of estimate of when an order will arrive? But overall, happy with how everything turned out."
"Thank you so much to help me to send a lovely gift for my sister in law on her birthday. As my brother could not arrive on time for her date, he asked me from the airport to contact a store which can help us with the delivery of a gift, the phone assistant and the guide to purchase and customize the arrangement adding balloons and chocolates was very useful.
