"They are so rude they refuse to serve you. I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes to be helped. Only Spanish speaking customers are helped everyone else is ignored. I even stopped a woman asking for help and she scoffed rolled her eyes and went to speak Spanish to another customer. I see other reviews have similar experiences"

"After being a Swarovski member for many years me and my friend were racially profiled today, They did not acknowledge us and completely ignored us but were extremely friendly to Spanish customers and assisted them glady. When it was time to check out this lady name “Ana G “made it such a hassle to add points to my profile I felt extremely uncomfortable and she had a terrible attitude. I will not return to this location !"

"They had a pretty good sale; however, there was a pair of earrings I wanted as a gift because of the color of the stone but the post was bent. It was the last one. The associate tried to fix it but could not. I asked if I could get it at a discount. He says no and suggested same earrings in another color. Clearly he wasn't listening. He didn't even ask the manager. As I walked away, I overheard him telling another sales associate who in turn says yes it could have been discounted again (in Spanish). Oh well."

"Recently visited this store after losing the end piece of my bracelet that was gifted to me as a birthday present. The associate was nice telling me that I had to speak to the supervisor (the warranty only covers the jewels not the chain) and after waiting awhile the supervisor was kind enough to replace it with a new one. These ladies are nice!"
