"After looking at options on their website, I called. When I provided our budget, which was more than some of the smaller arrangements shown on the website, the lady who answered, was very short, and said the minimum was $10 more than our budget. I told her that was fine. Throughout the call she was very short and I had trouble hearing her. When I asked her to repeat herself, because I was having trouble hearing her, the response I received was, "Well, you are on speaker, I am multitasking." Apparently, it was too much to ask for her full attention for a 3-4 minute call to place an order for a funeral. Though I should have hung up and went somewhere else, I did not. In the end, I never received delivery confirmation and I have no idea if the arrangement was even received."

"Everything went great! Ordered flowers delivery plus a balloon in Sarasota from Ukraine. Delivered almost at the time I requested. In my opinion, the order was confirmed quickly (40 minutes). When ordering from my country, I used a VPN. Thank you!"

"To be 100% honest if I could give zero stars I absolutely would.. I ordered online and orchid bouquet which is my girlfriend's favorite flower. On the day that I was supposed to pick it up I called and there was no answer so I showed up to pick up the bouquet to which I received a call back saying that the order could not be filled due to not being able to get the orchids. She offered to make something else. However, as this is my girlfriend's favorite flower, I wanted to have the orchids. I don't understand why she couldn't have told me sooner that she couldn't fulfill the order. One problem, just a lack of communication in a timely manner, and why would you offer something on your website that you cannot fulfill? This isn't even the biggest concern I was told that I would be refunded. Initially, I never received an email confirmation of the refund approximately 2 weeks later I tried calling several times to inquire about the status of the refund. I decided to stop by the shop to ask. When I asked she told me that she was too busy to deal with me at the time. All I was asking for was a receipt or confirmation that I was going to be refunded as it had been nearly two weeks. And had not received an email confirmation of refund. She then proceeded to spend 5 minutes arguing with me about the refund when all I was asking for was a receipt it took her all of about 20 seconds to grab the receipt to give to me. When she gave me the receipt She was extremely rude and threw the receipt down on a box in front of me. I asked her why she was being a Karen and how she could not advocate for us as a customer. This is supposed to be the owner of accompany that has been in business for over blah blah years. My question is How on earth have you been in business with an attitude and customer service like that? I have read other reviews and should have read them prior to ordering from this poor excuse for a flower shop. If she didn't have time to give me a receipt, why did she proceed to argue about giving me the receipt for so long? Customer service is imperative to run a business and it costs nothing to be caring and compassionate. I have read some of the reviews and instead of taking accountability and some ownership in her mistakes in the negative reviews, she then proceeds to argue with the customer that leaves a review that is negative. I have also went to the website to see if I could leave a review there But for some reason there are no reviews available to read or anywhere to leave them that I could find. This lady needs a lesson in humility, customer service, and possible how not to be a complete karen to your customers if that is an option or a seminar available anywhere. My recommendation is do not waste your time or energy with this flower shop. Absolutely horrible."

"I ordered a lavender purple arrangement for my friend, her favorite color. What they delivered was nothing like what I had ordered. I would’ve appreciated an email or call to get the OK to do this first. I’m sure we could’ve come up with something better. Paid $90 for a special arrangement and received a small bouquet of pink and green and white, not worth the $. Not at all what I was looking for. Left a message, emailed twice, no responses at all from this business, waited 11 days before leaving review, hoping for a response. Would never use again, was trying to give a local retail business, didn’t work out this time! No customer service. Leaving 2 stars because it was delivered on time so at least she received something on her big birthday!"

"My husband sent yellow roses (my favorite) on 10/23/21. I met the delivery man at the door. When I brought them in I noted they were dry & shriveling on the edges; the water level in the vase was fine. The flower place called to verify delivery. The woman I spoke to was so rude and argumentative I couldn't believe it. She stated the roses were in "perfect condition" and refused my offer of sending her a picture as she "knows what they look like." She didn't even offer an apology (the least she could have done) nor did she offer replacement when I described the flowers condition. We usually order from Ms Scarlett's flowers in Bradenton and they are always fresh & vibrant (only open until 1:00 on Saturdays which prompted him to call another local florist). Lesson learned, next time we will wait for Ms Scarlett's availability."
