"I walked into Crews bank to set up a checking account without an appointment and was immediately assisted by a teller who escorted me to a personal banker's office to set up the account. Cara Cote set up the account for me. Unfortunately, after all of the paperwork had been printed I made a last minute change which required editing and reprinting. Cara was very kind and helpful in spite of that. I also thought the website was easy to navigate and had the relevant information for me to make a decision to open an account before visiting the bank. The only reason I am giving the bank only 4 stars is that I tried to open the account online and had technical difficulties uploading photos of my driver's license. Regardless, based on my experience so far, I can recommend Crews Bank without reservation."
