"Had my first and last appointment here. Meet with Frank, who was extremely rude to me and advised me to take my business to H&R block instead of seeing his agency. He also refused to answer barely any of my questions because I didn't provide documents he wanted. Despite the fact they didn't pertain to our conversation at all. The questions I wanted were in reference to self employment and quarterly taxes as I've personally started working. He just gave me the run around and everything came back to the documents I didn't provide. When I asked why they were needed so badly his immediate response was to get your social security number and as I responded surprised he starts to list other components needed. I found it very strange and off putting. The whole experience was very poor and frustrating highly recommend taking your money and timsomewhere where it's valued."
