"I came into the store a couple of months ago looking for a part for my 20-year old fan. After discussion with Jim, it turned out what I had thought was the issue was not. To make a long story short, my main challenge was having a noiseless fan. Although the fan I had at the moment was adequate, he introduced me to the quiet Starfire. They had a model in the store. Not only was it quiet because it works on DC current, it has 6 speeds, built in remote and other options. I ended up purchasing that fan, and also an indoor/outdoor fan for my garage. I'm so happy with these fans. I've decided to stick to Dan's Fans for future fan needs."
