"Perfect! Scheduled appointment for dryer repair. Technician called 30 minutes before appointment to let me know he was on the way and would arrive on time. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and answered all my questions. I preordered the parts I thought would be needed and the technician used them for the repair. He also did a thorough check on other components while he had the dryer opened up and checked the dryer operation after he finished the job.
