"Came in checked voltage turned dryer on for 30 seconds and said yeah we need to replace the entire heating element 455$. Without checking other areas. Quick way to blow 70$. Will not recommend anyone with this service."

"I called this place and explained that my washing machine was making a loud noise when on spin cycle, the person on the phone said he has a repair guy that fixes that problem. A $79 dollar charge will be collected if repair is not performed or it will be waived if repairs are done. I got a quote of $220 to repair my washer as the bearing are worn out and the kit was $80 online. So I bought the kit and the tech took my washer for four days and brought it back saying it was fixed. Three days later I noticed water on the floor in front of my washer? my wife did several more loads and now water is leaking every time we use the washer. I called and at first they were trying to charge me again for a service call, the same guy Carlos came out and took my washer again. Two days later I get a text from him saying the kit I bought off of Amazon was not good and I had to buy the kit from Maytag? So I did and now I got my washer back and the same issue with leaking. My guess is, he took the new parts I bought and either has them and did nothing to my washer or this guy has no idea how to fix things!! Beware and don’t use them!!!"

"On 6/4 I called around 10 am to schedule an appointment, the tech supposed to come between 1 - 3 . When I called at 3pm they let me on hold , I had to call several times and finally when I asked what happened with the tech they told me they left a voice mail canceling the appointment (I do not have my voicemail active and I never receive a phone call). When I explained this , they told me that I called later confirming that I was aware that my appointment was cancelled . I never called or receive any phone calls. When ask them how they were going to amend this situation , they just told me that they were sorry and there was no other tech to assist me. They did not provide any options and did not handle this professionally. Please do not use this company ."

"If I could give a negative rating I would. Tech showed on time but didn’t speak much English so there was a huge communication issue from the start. He diagnosed my issue and informed me he would have to go get the replacement part needed and someone would contact me the next day to schedule repair. I waited until 4:45 the following day for a reply that never came. When I called I spoke with Alex who asked if he could call the tech and get status and return my call which he did. He said the tech would call me next day to give me info on part and labor fee and schedule fix. We did this dance for the next 4 days with same result. On the 4th day I called and got a lady she did same thing but when she returned my call she said the part was 400.00 but was not available and I should by a new range. I had a different service out that fixed my range with the replacement part for 300.00. Less!"
