"The Bank itself is a really good bank. Granted there are some issues that I wish could be different but all in all as far as banks go they get a 5 star from me. As for the bank employees, they are a 5 star all the way across the board. They really do try to work with you on all that you have to get done with in reason of course.The fraud department is phenomenal they have saved me a couple times already. So yes in my opinion GTE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION is a 5 star rated Bank"
