"I bought a bonsai seed kit at a store Eve's Garden supplies, and unfortunately discovered it didn't have any seeds in it. But I am sure that this was just a fluke because I called the customer service number found in the box and Brandi helped me get new seeds. Not only did she replace the red maple seeds I purchased, but she sent me two other varieties and a 10% off coupon!! She didn't even charge me for shipping even though I live across the country. Great customer service. I am truly impressed. Sadly, USPS damaged the package in the mail. But that isn't Eve's Gardens Fault. I'm sure most of the seeds are still sprout-able."

"What a great place! I bought one of their Bonsai’s from Disney and decided to check out her shop and ask some questions. She was so very helpful. I made a couple more purchases and got all of my questions answered! I will say that we had to knock on the locked door because they were all in the back working in the warehouse. They do mostly wholesale orders."

"Awful, dont waste your time. Drive a bit further and go to Artisans Bonsai. Everything is broken and falling down. The bonsai are dying. The store had half of the lights shut off, and a for sale sign on the gate. But, still ridiculously high prices. When looking at pots, no price was listed higher than $15, we selected three off the shelf and they rang up over $100. She said only the broken pots were $15 but other than that sign nothing was marked, and all of the pots were together. The items inside are old and covered in dust."
