"This pharmacy is the worse! They never have any medicine in stock. When the doctor sends the RX, if they don’t have it in stock they don’t give a courtesy call to update or let you know. I am transferring all my Rx to another pharmacy even though I have to drive longer. Convenience is not always the answer."
"Online pharmacy hours are wrong. The automated system says it’s m-f from 9a-9p and weekends they close at 5p. I’ve driven there twice on two different days because another website stated differently (8a-10p) and no one answers the phone there. Only to drive up to a sign in their window. I’m just going to redirect my prescriptions next door to Publix. Hopefully they’re better."
"Update!!! How does the Pharmacy at least once a week closes due to staffing? Had a test scheduled for Saturday and it was canceled? Absolute Joke!! It gets four stars only Because of Ms.Lisa &Ms.Deborah! They are always nice and cordial. The others you have working there are down right rude, especially the little red headed woman, thankfully they switched her to the back! Went to get my 2nd fake vaccine and was turned away, because it was twenty days not 21, but your policy is 28 days, so why would you still be able to book an appointment if they won’t take you!"
