"Tractor Supply Groveland you really let me down today. Three people walked right passed me without asking if I needed help which I did. One asked how I was as they sped passed me. I said not good, but they didn't stop to help. The cashier on my way out asked it I found what I was looking for. I said no and told her about the associates. She apologized but also didn't ask if she could help."

I discovered that's not really a mark against them because nobody else carries it either. When they found they didn't have it the store employee got online and looked at all their competitors to see if she could find it for me. I appreciated her effort."
