"I encountered the worst customer service on my second visit after financing a Jewel and having a miscommunication with the lady Barbara which was very nice and provided my dispute successfully after not being happy with the financing options while speaking to her about the situation, this lady in the video if it shows, I do not have the name since they didn’t provide it but “Jane Doe” her college kept interfering unprofessional and bad manner, it got to the point I told her I did not want to speak to her ! I started recording for my records and in the video she can be seen calling me stupid and spiked me into an argument which of course I fired back “all this because she took something personal I said to myself” I feel bad for the owner but they are responsible for the behavior of who they hire! I will do business somewhere else!"

"My experience with this jewelry store has never been an issue but in May 2023 I purchased a necklace and Barbara advised me that I can use American first loan services to purchase the item. I didn’t know that the $4000 necklace I purchase using American first loan service had to be paid off completely within three months of the purchase date. I’ve been making my monthly payments of $500 to American first every month for the first three months and on the fourth month they told me my balance was $8000 due to not paying the total within three months so they added over 200% interest rate to my payoff balance that was $1600. Marcello’s jewelry needs to be careful working with these loan services, I know you trying to make money, but don’t put your customers in a predicament like this if you know how that loan service agency is, it’s just not right. If you’re shopping at the jewelry store and they offer you American first loan services refuse unless you have the money to pay that loan off within three months."
