"The coaches Kelley and Mike were amazing, they have very strong teaching skills and made me feel really confident learning how to ride a motorcycle. "Thank you to the service team at Tampa Bay HD. Service advisors Branden and Rachael really went above and beyond to accommodate me. I noticed that the screen on my LiveWire looked funny. I called Service and spoke to Johnny the service manager and he let me drop my bike off that same day right after work which was at their closing time. I was a little late and he waited and opened the doors when I arrived. Technician Ricky did an amazing job replacing my screen in record time due to delaminating which was covered under my Harley Davidson E.S.P. I paid $50.00 for a repair which would have cost me over a thousand!"
