COVID, COVID, COVID is still around? Germs floating all around. Even if there wasn't COVID there still other germs you get. Sales person touching items in store. Transfers germs everywhere in store. Wake up?"

"Charged 91$ to Pierce ears. Was informed beforehand that child was ADHD and ODD and may not tolerate one sitting and was told we could bring her back the next day. Brought her back and was told they would not do it nor would they give us the other earring. HORRIBLE service. WILL never go back. Only have one star because I couldn't leave a review without one."

"Wish I could give them no stars. Came to pick up my daughters Christmas items that I ordered online 2 orders done on 2 separate days and received an email everything was ready and in stock. When I got to the store to pick it up they came out with one bag. I went to check to make sure all items were there and 1 order was complete with all items the other was missing 2 items that I found to be missing, they did not say anything until I inquired. I asked for a refund on a gift card so I could replace missing items. One of the girls said ok no problem, the other wanted to double check to make sure items were not already refunded. I showed them the email showing everything was ready and in stock . This lady proceeded to cancel my order which I did not ask her to do. Meanwhile her child comes out from the back and is wondering the store then goes behind the register and is rubbing her hands on one of Squishmallow’s in my order. Claires you are a big cooperation that has been around many year and nation wide. This store is a joke!"

"Though the stuff is expensive, the buy 3 get 3 free sale is perfect. the new staff members they have are super funny and helpful with finding stuff and offering deals. I definitely recommend coming to get an ear pierced at the one at Citrus Park Mall. I got my ears pierced here and they are even and look amazing!!! Definitely will be going back"
