"Horrible experience! Even if you just want to window shop for rings (my case) the line is 40 minutes, I’m not a fan of pandora and probably never will after sitting in line for so long for nothing.. it’s not worth it! Overrated and not the best jewelry pieces. Save yourself time, need a faster/better experience to attract new clients."

"Rude employees 4 hours just to get cleaned. It was only my family and one other customer. Every time i visited its either a long wait time to get cleaned or "out of cleaning solution". Other pandora locations help put on and off the charms not here. Most unhelpful group of employees. They all look gloomy like they hate their job."

"Went to pick up an order, they have a sign that says”Pick up your online order here”. Stood there for 30 minutes with no assistance. Why have a convenient way to shop when it’s such an inconvenience with your store. Next time, please make sure your customers are not being overlooked."

"I was there this past Sunday to purchase my wife an anniversary gift that she’s been wanting. It was around 11:30am so there was only one other couple in the store. When we walked in, not only were we not greeted with smiling faces, those faces were judgmental faces. My wife proceeded to try to get their help and everyone acted like it was an inconvenience. Till one decided to grace us with her presents. So first she asked for the firefly charm that’s been going viral on TikTok and was handed a bumble bee after being knocked off to the next employee who acted like she wanted to do everything but be working at this store. So finally after getting the three charms (one being engravable) she showed us what bracelets we got for free for spending so much. That’s when it started to go more downhill. She gave us the wrong bracket of bracelets for the lesser of what we were supposed to get( later on when we tried to correct it, she told the other person “that’s what we chose” when indeed that’s the only paper she showed us, but that was corrected after showing her that her math was not right) so my wife left the store so I could further the process with our girls because we didn’t want to crowd the store. When we started the engraving process, I NEVER once was allowed to hand write or told me my options of this process. She asked what I wanted and she chose the font and how it looked. And then the machines weren’t working properly. I’m extremely not satisfied with this particular charm because aesthetically it doesn’t look good. And secondly I came for this particular reason to be able to hand write and engrave something for my wife but was never given the opportunity. When we tried to get it fixed because the engraving on it looks horrible, they said they are final and that’s it. I went in the third time when getting the bracelet fiasco situated and spoke to an older lady(very helpful) she communicated with the “manager” and not once did this manger come out to assess the issue and make it right. It was all passing the buck and sitting in the back room because she didn’t want to do her job. So not only were we met with HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, being taken advantage of when coming down to the bracelet, nothing was being fixed about the terrible job of the engrave-able charm. She’s stuck with this charm that not has this b memory attached to it. I’ll attach photos and you can see the top word is much larger than the bottom. Yes the bottom word is longer but when engraving it should all be made the same size font regardless. The fact you have to pay first and then get stuck with an engraving that looks terrible is absurd and ridiculous. I suggest anyone take their business to the macys in the same mall and deal with their pandora people because they were much more helpful and empathetic than the stand alone store. They have so many employees with sour faces that don’t want to be there. It’s so sad"

"Love adding Pandora charms to my bracelet and we stopped in here while shopping at the mall. We were able to pick up a couple charms that were on sale. YAY! The salesperson that helped us was friendly and made great suggestions. I usually go to the location at Disney springs and find that it’s less busy than the mall location. This location was packed and we had to wait in line outside the store to go in which I appreciated so that it wasn’t overcrowded inside. The salesperson said that it gets like that around the holidays so plan accordingly!"
