"I recently had an issue with a fan in my house that was being sold and needed an urgent fix. I went to the local big box home improvement store and they were not able to offer any solution and did not even stock the part we needed. Next stop…Dan’s Fan City on BBD. Alex the store manager was clearly knowledgeable on the subject and offered several suggestions on how to address the problem. We needed a very short rod to convert our fan from a flush Mount in order to add a universal remote, and Alex gave us one for free! Totally unexpected and we are very thankful!!"
