"I bought two silver rings they turned copper, I talked to the manager, extremely rude, horrible service from her, it’s a shame that we, the clients that have bought from Swarovski during +15 years have to receive such a bad treatment for requesting help. My recommendation, go to other Swarovski store."
"So upset at the way my wedding band turned so quickly… orange and even turning my finger green. This is my 3rd and final set of rings that I will purchase… such a shame because I normally love there products. Everyone is always so nice and friendly and prices are good. However I do spend money to get these rings and now I don’t wear them anymore.. 2 stars because of friendly service and clean building but product reviews is LOW."
"Great selection of products. The entire store is accessible by wheelchair. Products are easy to access for trying on, very few are locked in cases. We have been to this store dozens of times and the staff is NOT what keeps us coming back.Unless you speak Spanish or look South American you are Not going to get the warm and helpful sales experience. We are lucky if we even get a greeting, even when we are the only customers in the store."
"Staff were extremely polite, helpful and not too pushy also knew alot about the products whenever questions arised. I bought about 7 jewlrey items and both of the girls were very nice and willing to help and explain what needed to be explained. Prices were reasonable and had good deals at the time I came. Would 10/10 come here again."
