"When an order is placed online, it would be highly appreciated to receive an email stating that it was canceled instead of me having to call the day of Valentines, and being told it was canceled the day I placed it. Whenever a customer calls, how about we not talk over them either. Much appreciated do better."
"They need to fix their website availability delivery days, i submitted my order the day before valentine’s day. which it was little late in advance i can admit that was my fault but the ordered went through, money processed and was confirmed through email. I called on valentine’s day in the morning to confirm my order if it was actually going to get delivered. Two ladies i spoke with on the phone, the second they answered the phone and asked about my order they immediately told me my order was cancelled immediately after the order was process AND KEPT consistently talking over me and wouldn’t let me finish talking, i was polite also and i had no idea nor did i receive an email or notification for cancellation of the order. It would have been nice if the owner would have called to at least notify me the order was canceled instead of me thinking my order was processed and my flowers were going to get delivered. LUCKILY i actually called to confirm."
"I have bought my wife flowers from many places but Leci's Bouquet has always been her favorite. Their arrangements are always full and beautiful. They do things to stand out from the rest as well like putting rose pedals inside the vase where the rose stems are, you can tell they really know what they're doing. Their customer service is great as well."
