Being Florida and so hot, it was very thoughtful that they let me know so I could get home and bringit inside before the heat ruined it. "They went above and beyond on a flower delivery they fulfilled, but was ordered through FTD to help fix an issue / misunderstand in the FTD order. In the future I would suggest to always call the florist directly. The owner was quick to help and delivered gorgeous flowers."
"I placed an order on-line to have flowers delivered to my step-mom for Mother's Day. I understand that substitutions may be made due to shortages of flowers and such but this arrangement wasn't worth $70 and they couldn't even tie a proper bow on the vase. I won't be using them again."
