"All Pandora is the worse store I have tried calling store to get information no one ever answers the phone. Just horrible service"
"Horrible in store customer service. Stoped by during the Christmas holidays and it was to be expected there was a line and I didn’t want to wait so I asked for a catalog, if you can’t give them out just say so, the lady managing the line just gave me the used one she had there, who knows how many people touched that, so I threw it away and we ordered online. The rings I ordered were a bit small and we came back today to see if we could exchange them. There was only one attendant and she was with a customer as we went in and after a few minutes walking around we gave up, as she didn’t even acknowledged our presence there. At least hi guys I’ll be with you in a bit, but completely ignored us. I’m never coming back to this location."
