"My husband took my necklace that he got me for our wedding here so that they could fix the chain. He asked for estimate and even bought another necklace for me. He called back and they told him it would be $160 for my necklace. They replaced the chain though he just asked for an estimate. He went today to get back my necklace so that I can take to where he bought it to get fixed and when I got it back the necklace was tangled and broken in two pieces. The necklaces had snapped around the closure and now its in two pieces. I would not recommend this store even if they gave things away for free. Horrible people!"
