"I bought a Cuban chain and bracelet for my one year old daughter and they told me it was strong for my daughter. My daughter chewed the chain the same day, and I went back next day to see if they could do something and they didn't. I lost $300 dollars because the only solution they gave me was to resale it to them and pay extra for another one. I was a new customer, and was planning to buy something for myself. With the service they gave me they will never see me again."
