"I actually had the pleasure of dealing directly with the branch manager and Officially I was there doing a compliance audit. He nailed it, he was happy, friendly and over all just pleasant. It is really ashame how adults utilize the internet (Google reviews) to have a safe place to throw a tantrum because things may not have gone their way. Reviews have a big impact on a brand but it's safe to say it is not difficult when tasked with sorting out the tantrums from real constructive criticism. Thanks Capital city for making my job easy and for being friendly bankers reguardless."

"Edit to add ... tried again today with them. Still SAME issues!!! Smh!!! If there was a negative star I would give this branch that!! Any other branch around the area is great!! I've about had it with the Chiefland fl office!! Smaller branches are so much better. Seems like they are forgetting how to do their job in Chiefland!! Each time I go their it has gotten worse. Mind u I have been with this company for 12+ years!!! Love them just not this branch!!"

"We have gone round and round with our loan officer on an equity line for our river house in order to install a new seawall. Less than 50% LTV - should be. a slam dunk. Finally closed - Loan Officer paid contractor deposit and we never received a copy of the payment, have not received any checks on equity line nor have we received a statement. We don't even know when our first payment is due. Have left messages. Waiting for Branch Manager to call back and hopefully resolve this today."
