"Don’t use this place. I had 4 loans with them and they were ALL paid up transactions. 2 had been remediated right away and I physically went in store and communicated both remediated transactions with lady in this photo, which were no problem, and she thanked me for actually coming in and communicating with her. A couple months go by and I try again to get loan. The lady in this photo turned me away….an actual paying customer! This lady plays favorites and is not consistent in her decision making skills and has zero care in the world about anyone but herself. I give them a F for fickle. Go somewhere else. The really sad part of my story is my daughter’s baby was diagnosed with brain cancer 2 months ago and has caused a cash shortage for me. When I needed this place the most …..they weren’t there for me. Very sad."

"I got a $200 loan from this place and I was 2 days late on paying my payment they called me one time in the same day my payment was due they deposited a check and withdrew my bank $225 into the negative without even asking my permission or giving me a second courteous call. I wouldn't even use them if it was a Dyer and need emergency they don't give you but one phone call and they definitely don't do like other cash advance places. nor do they explain to you when you're there getting your money why you need to fill out a paper check for them to keep either they just tell you it's a part of their policy."
