"Took a veteran confined to a wheelchair. Room was way to small roll in shower is not suitable for a rolling shower chair. Let them know before arrival it was his birthday (he has been in the chair since being hurt serving on the USS Dallas at 22 now 59) not even a birthday card . Charged him a resort fee for pool weight room behind a quad. Could use none of these. One nurse got bit up by bed bugs from a comforter. Staff was rude."

"I have not ever had to make a claim but as far as gettingy covererage and making payments my broker in chiefland Florida has always gone above and beyond to find me the coverage I need at the most affordable rate possible. She is friendly and acomodating. I really appreciate the customer service I receive from her which is why I now travel to see her since u moved out of the area. She should be a role model for all customer service people."
