"Had them fix a head that fell out of a ring that was passed down to me about a month or two ago and the head already became so loose that I could move it back and forth. I went in to see if they could repair it again and how much. The lady at the desk was not very friendly once I told her I had gotten it fixed there before and my ring was now broken again, so I decided to goto a different place. While at a different jewelry shop, they told me they completely messed up the prongs that hold the head into the ring itself by making them uneven, they didn’t even attach it back to the bottom of the ring like they were supposed to and only fixed 2 of the 3 prongs that hold the diamond into the head itself that I had paid for. The prongs they did fix were “lumpy” per the other jeweler and needed to be redone. In order to fix everything that they messed up, it is now going to cost me around $1,000 to get it fixed. I wish I would have never gone here and will never recommend this place to anyone!"

"I brought in a ring because it had a thin crack down the middle was charged $136.93 I went to pick it up today and now it has an even bigger crack on the side. When I pointed it out she said she didn’t see a crack. She used her magnifying glass and said oh well if you want that to be fixed it’s going to cost you $64 and change… do yourself a favor DON’T bring your jewelry here! How are you charging your customers for what you broke? Ridiculous I won’t be returning."

"Overpriced hole in the wall. If you are willing to use this store for jewelry repair, you deserve to be overcharged. To size a ring usually cost between 40 to 60 dollars anywhere else. This place charges between 225 to 275 dollars to size a ring. That's a crime."

"I have an onyx ring that was given to me as a first year anniversary present from my wife many years ago, so its sentimental value is way more than it's monetary value. Over the years it has worn seriously thin so I wanted to get it repaired. We took it to our usual jewelry store that quoted a totally disproportionate amount to fix it. I checked out some local recommendations and ended up at Express Jewelry and Hector fixed it, made it look like new all within 30 minutes, at a much better price. See attached photos. Thoroughly recommended."
