"It seemed like no one wanted to make a sale on 2/18/24. Me and my wife was wanting to look at a Le Vian ring that my wife liked but I guess the conversation the employees were having was more important than selling a ring. That’s ok I will take my business back to Panama City Beach Kay’s in Pier Park where I have spent around $10-15K on Le Vian Rings. Katie will get the sale now. Also my wife was wanting to get her 4 rings cleaned and no one said a word to us. Remember you can never judge a book by it cover."
"The manager with the beard and a mustache she is so rude disrespectful and absolutely downright nasty attitude! I won't do business with a company who employs somebody so horrible with such disdain to people who spend so much money, that keeps her employed cuz she doesn't realize what true job security is? They don't honor their service contract and they try to rip you off please be careful The old management was great this new lady and her staff just downright horrible human beings, where do they find people like this? I guess if enough people don't buy jewelry they won't have a job because it's called the people buying the stuff is the people who support you and I guess you don't want no more support?"

"I wish this review had more than 5 stars to give to Lacy. She did my inspections (dozens of pieces) and was very nice about it. She took her time checking the jewelry and cleaning it. And then sent the inspection emails right away. She didn’t seem overwhelmed even though it was a lot to do. I really appreciate her good attitude and being so thorough. I will return to the store very soon to pick out my Valentine’s present and birthday present for my husband to buy. I hope I go on a day when she is working so she can handle everything. My new favorite Kay store!"
"Well I came in to purchase my first big piece of jewelry with a 8K budget for my birthday, however I was constantly overlooked and never asked did I need assistance. I started to go Pretty Woman "big mistake" on them but I did something better. I went to Berè Jewelers and I was taken care of in the best way and got a nice ring that came under my budget. So I want to thank Kay Jewelers for that experience. Had not be for them I wouldn't have this nice ring."
