"Morning shift is the worse ever, my wife is having problem every morning because the manager ask her to scan the Bag full of packages and not, one by one, as it says in the training videos to make sure you are carrying the exact amount of packages. That woman (the manager) has a really bad manners and yelled at my wife. I don’t know if they are always late doing their job organizing but the delivery people need to make sure they are picking up what they are going to deliver, because sometimes if you scan the whole bag some packages are missing and there is no way you can justify because you scanned all the packages at once. It’s really frustrating!!!!"
"Delivery driver never delivered my package. Had specific instructions to LEAVE AT FRONT DOOR and did not even stop! Witnesses watched the truck keep driving - never stopping!! And was told they will not delivery again until Monday! Well Monday is too late! If I don’t have by Saturday- it’s pointless! I also had a supervisor call me and tell me it would be rerouted back to me and dropped off tonight! Well it’s midnight- that driver obviously cannot read!"
"Super nice stuff I went for a job interview and was very confused at the beginning but found out that the entrance is to the far right of the building as you enter. Very confusing at first. But very helpful ppl inside that will direct to the right location."
