Domino's Pizza

"It's dominos. We all buy it either out of nostalgia or because it's reasonably priced or both. No one buys dominos because Dave Portnoy gave it a high score... Because he wouldn't. It's just decent mediocre-at-best pizza. But this location... Is just the worst. They screw up the order every. single. time. The last time I ordered, I did it online. Like a normal person. They just... never got the order in the store. I showed up and the dude just basically ignored me. I swore I'd never order from here again. But here I am. The $19.99 deal got me. We'll see if they can deliver. Another example of a good company being taken over by garbage fake elites and ran into the ground by complete incompetence. You penny pinch the employees, so you get bad ones who don't want to be there, so of course they screw things up a lot. Then your customers eventually leave. It's not immediate, but over time, the brand tanks. Then you have to offer better and better deals to try and fake revenue growth for the board. I guess no one every thinks about this stuff."

"Great service and friendly. Pizza was worst I ever had. Hardly no cheese and very little sauce. All you could taste was garlic from crust. Refuse to pay extra for sauce or cheese that should already be on pizza. Will not order from this location again."

"Overall it's a pretty solid Domino's. I've ordered probably 20 pizzas from here but not once have they ever cut the pizza all the way through. They pieces are always stuck together and tear apart when you go to pull them. The flavor is always great, and no problem with the doneness or anything, but I'd almost be willing to buy them a new pizza cutter if it would help"

"I am very mad. I ordered from store #3237 i was tracking the delivery, and it said delivered, but i never received my food. I am very sure that the delivery person never came to my house., because i was outside in my porch and no car came to my driveway. I called the store and spoke to the general manager and she was very rude and did not let me talk., talking over me. She called her driver and she said that she had been to my house but needed a gate code. Which i dont have a gate in my house. She went to sw instead of nw. And all she said was she could send the driver again but will need to wait 45 min because they were backed up. Now i have to eat a cold pizza that i have waited for 1 hour and half. Very mad."

"I placed an order online for two pizzas, one of them with Alfredo sauce. They called me 2 minutes later to tell me that they were out of Alfredo sauce and offered me the alternative sauces. After letting them know the sauce I wanted, I waited for an hour and checked the status on the tracker and it said it was ready, just being inspected for quality and ETA was 2 min. Well 10 mim went by and no pizza yet. Called the store and waited for 10 minutes for someone to answer with no success. After calling a second time and waiting some time again, I got someone on the phone and they mentioned they were short of deivers and staff, that’s why it was taking longer and that my order will be delivered next by the next available driver. They even offer to refund the delivery charge if I went and picked up the pizzas myself (the least they could do). Needless to say, the pizza arrived 2.5 hrs later, it had been sitting at the restaurant for a while... I just wish they could’ve mentioned they were running behind when they first called me about the sauce or call me when they realized they were too busy. Horrible experience. Kids had to go to bed with no pizza as promised :("
