Marco's Pizza

"Still looking for a pizza in Naples, only 10 minutes from our house so decided to give it a try. Very disappointing! Their thin crust is like ordering a steak well done; it was like eating a saltine cracker,dry, tasteless, unnoticeable flavor,, no noticeable sauce or cheese. Although inexpensive still not worth the time or effort to go back."

"So I've been ordering from this location for years and honestly love the food and service. I live in a gated community and, because of that, it has made deliveries of any kind unreasonably inconsistent. No matter if it's food or mail. Depending on your GPS, it'll say we live on another street, live across the street, or live in a completely different house. No clue why! A recent delivery went wrong when the driver simply couldn't find my house. It was actually kinda funny... I think the driver was new and unfortunately, the driver only spoke Spanish. I only speak English, so there was no way for me to help them, but Marco's staff had that covered. They had someone at the store call the driver and direct them where to go. It still took longer than expected, but they got the pizza here! In total, it probably took about 45 minutes for the pizza to be delivered, but I'm honestly so surprised at how hard they tried to resolve the issue. When it hit about the 30 minute mark, I called the store to see what was going on and they had let me know about the issue. They were very apologetic and the woman on the line offered a coupon and such (one of those do-whatever-I-can-to-appease-a-less-than-reasonable-customer situations) and even offered to have a new pizza made and deliver it themselves. In the end, I honestly wasn't pressed about it. I was confused as much as they were. I don't want any coupons, or any special treatment, but I am very pleased with the customer service this location provided in that situation and I'll continue to order from them. A+"

"This used to be a great place to order pizza.Not anymore. They forgot to deliver my pizza. And then when I came to pick it up, they made the wrong pizza. No one apologized."

"This place was fantastic all the way around, the food was served hot, and the best cheesy bread ever!! The service was awesome, the guy was super friendly and very attentive. And my favorite part of the interaction was when he said “grab your POP” brought back childhood memories. Will definitely be back!"
