"Decent moving service however: - They charged me $12 for a mattress bag after Ashley told me 3 times over the phone it was included in the estimate. - They refused to accept Venmo as payment even though the signed contract says they do. I didn’t have cash so I was forced to download and set up the Cash app. Which by the way is a nightmare to now delete even though Nate told me “you can delete it as soon as you pay us”. - They showed up 25 minutes early without a heads up phone call."
