"I honestly cannot say enough good things about the workout experience with 9Round Pembroke pines. Everything about the workout experience is well thought out. You show up anytime they are open and you can come out knowing that you will have a 30 minute full body workout with a personal trainer. For the price point, this can't be beat. What you pay here in a month is sometimes what you pay in one or two sessions with a personal trainer at other gyms. They can accommodate anyone including beginners like me. Though the standard workouts themselves change everyday, the real gems here are the trainers themselves. They were able to customize workouts for me based on my recent surgery in a way that didn't compromise my health but still allowed me to come out feeling stronger and with increased stamina. The trainers take their time teaching you good form and do a fantastic job pushing you to just the right levels. I specifically had fantastic experiences with Rocky, Chris and Angel in addition to the owners Alfredo and Gaby. I really can't recommend 9round in specifically this location any more."
