"I absolutely love shopping at lululemon. However, my experience at this particular location has always been so uncomfortable. MOST but not all of the employees here treat you as if you’re less than, are rude, blatantly laugh at you in a snarky way, give strange looks if you only buy one item, and overall don’t provide a welcoming experience. I shouldn’t feel like this while trying to shop at one of my favorite stores but unfortunately that is the case. Not the customer service you expect from a “luxury athletic shop”. Moving forward I will make the drive to the Coral Gables location than to spend my money here. Hoping once the new store in Pembroke Pines opens up management will see these reviews & resolve these issues. FYI: I’m leaving a two star review instead of a one star simply because they are some employees here who truly treat you with the same respect you give them."

"Popped in this past Sunday to make a return and get some advice. The two ladies where super nice I feel bad I don’t remember their names (both had brown hair one curly). They where super super sweet, kind and helpful. I see lots of poor reviews but I’m going to remain optimistic based on my experience and keep giving this location a shot."

"Not sure why there’s so many bad reviews about the customer service. I just had a few returns where they didn’t have my size/color in store. Austin was very helpful as I looked at other options in store and online. Austin helped me find an alternative pair of shorts that I’m very happy with and really appreciate the fact that I wasn’t rushed. Issac was very kind and helpful in the changing room and even offered to help find alternative sizes/colors. Thanks again Austin & Issac."

"I lost 70 lbs and had a ton of stuff ALL with tags and in the plastic to return. Last time I went there they said I needed the order number. So, I took the time and went through my app and put the order number on a post it and stuck it to each item. The girl was rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing the entire time. Then, after scanning everything she called her manager and said she couldn’t put it on a gift card. So, THANK YOU for making it to where I can’t bring it to another lulu without finding the order numbers again. And please tell me why, the rest of my stuff I took to a different one and they returned it no problem? I will never go to this lululemon again. Ever. Why work in customer service if you have zero customer service skills? I spend thousands weekly with you. So, to treat someone like that is so wrong. If I knew your name I would call corporate."
