"This has to be the junkiest store I’ve ever been in. I hope the executives visit this store. What a shame to have such a prime location and the ENTIRE STORE is disorganized. I looked for help, only two employees at the register."

"Raquel who states she is the assistant manager refused to return a cake that was spoiled. It was purchased not even 30 mins prior. When she finally returned the cake , we stood in line to check out one item. There were three people in line , when we were the next and only customers left in line she walked away. She looked around, not doing anything then call an associate on the walker to let him know the cash wrap needs more bags. Raquel is, unfortunately , the reason businesses die. No customer service skills whatsoever."

"This worse store ever. I bought 10 pieces bedding set. Once I got home open it was only 4 pieces. I returned back to the store and explain the situation. I found the set similar but only had 7 pieces the cost was about $10 more in price. I ask cashier to give same price that I paid for 10 pieces set since this set is only 7 pieces. The manager Ariel was rude and loud. In her voice “Lady I am not giving you the same price or I can refund you your money.” I called office file a complaint. No one have responded to my complaint. Beware of this store. Looking at reviews this treatment of customer is there norm"

"One of the worst experiences ever. For a store that has recently opened it’s amazing to me that they only have two cashiers working while the rest of their employees are taking items back from the register. I do not recommend until upper management learns how to conduct better business practices… By the way, I and many others have been in line for over an hour…"
