"I must say that I'm new to the area. Our house is brand new and we didn't have a mailbox the first week. I expected some hiccups even when we finally got our mailbox. After our mailbox was installed I had 3 packages delivered to my neighbor on a different road (a mile or so away) on 2 different days, and half of our paper mail so far has been delivered there as well. You might wonder why I gave 5 stars, it's because when I submitted a complaint online I was called back the same day and was assured the issue will be resolved. That is impressive! I might update this depending on if the issue really is resolved, but so far I'm impressed. I also had a good experience inside the post office when I asked if there's anything particular I needed to do about the mailbox installation. The woman who helped me was very informative. Update: My issue was totally resolved within a day! It's now been several days and I had the privilege of speaking to my mail carrier. She apologized for the mis-deliveries. She was very nice and professional!"

"This is the WORST POST OFFICE EVER!! Unprofessional, Rude, Poor Supervision. They need to clear house and get ppl that want to work and do there JOB. Missing packages leaving sensitive mail on the porch not mailbox … you call to report to local office supervisor pacifier their unprofessionalism… We need BETTER PPL HANDING OUR MAIL"

"Carrier pulled up to my mail box, saw us walking out to the gate and instead of waiting for us or saying anything about needing to sign for a package, placed the pink slip into the mail box and drove away. Great customer service. Oh, and it's 0730 in the morning...perfect timing on a normal day to catch people at home, why be that early if no attempt is even going to be made?"

"Will hold your mail if you didn’t pay them directly!!! Called and spoke with Stacey Johnson, the postmaster who explained to me that even though I paid for over night delivery and my package which has been there since 0700 could not be released before they closed for the day. No one would even look for my package everyone gave me a different story the First Lady said come back in a few hours i came back and the Second Lady said I put the wrong address and I showed her it was general delivery…. There is no street address…. Then the last person said the package didn’t exist… finally Stacey got on the phone not to help or assist in any way but to explain their process and a bunch of reasons why no one will be looking for my package… this is why the US postal service is going out of business I will never have a package delivered via USPS again!!At one point there was a gentleman that said ooooo you paid UPS for expedited delivery you didn’t pay us…. If you paid us we would have gotten it for you…. Soo yea….. done with usps."

"Edited to add: the desk employees are friendly and helpful. Everyone else is trash. Something is clearly up with this post office by looking at these reviews. The USPS should really look into it and get the people that run this place fired. Not only are they incompetent (again, read the reviews) but they treat you like trash as a customer. My mail carrier refuses to deliver our mail because she CHOSE to drive a gigantic SUV instead of a mail delivery vehicle and she can't reach our mailbox. Says it's blocked every time she tries to deliver. Most of the time, she doesn't even drive by at all. I work from home and my window is right by the front door. How this is not fraud, waste and abuse, is beyond me. I'm sure the USPS IG would love to investigate. This PO, instead of handling the issue like professionals by sending a letter, calling us, or literally anything, just let this mail carrier do whatever she wants. I've witnessed every other mail carrier deliver mail without issue except for this specific person. After trying to resolve the problem with someone at the PO and being treated like absolute trash, we are just moving the mailbox because I'm not about to risk my mail being tampered with (I wouldn't put it past them). So we are ruining our grass and moving our box, which is already within USPS regulation, to appease some random employee. When I told this dude on the phone that our mailbox met USPS regulation, this man had the AUDACITY to tell me I "shouldn't believe everything on the internet" and if I wanted to receive my mail that I had to do what this lady wanted. Is he for real? Is the Milton USPS office not have to abide by USPS regulation? He then threatened me with the union, like seriously, federal unions have ZERO power to do anything. Federal unions CANNOT even strike first of all, and second of all I am a CUSTOMER. Unions are for management to worry about, not customers."
