"Took pizza to go. Where's the CHEESE? Stuffed crust hardly any cheese. Pizza itself had no cheese in alot of spots. Sauce only. Sausage was good. Haven't ordered from Pizza Hut in years. Thought we would try a Florida Pizza Hut. Very disappointed. Won't be back."
"Not happy!! Ordered for delivery because I’ve been sick. They drop off the order and it’s not right and we’re missing items we paid for. Tried calling repeatedly to speak to someone and kept getting hung up on. Even tried calling to order and it gives you someone who doesn’t even work there. It’s a call center!!! My boyfriend had to drive up there to get our order fixed. $40 wasted in my opinion."
"Kathren is the manager on duty Saturday 3/4/23 order two pizzas and wings at 6:48, received WRONG ORDER at 8pm after a 35-45 minute time. My wife Called for a refund. KATHREN refused unless we she was polite, and got into a yelling match with my wife. I went up there with the wrong cold pizza and was smirked at and said well you ate it, YEA CAUSE WE WAITED AN HOUR AND 15 minutes. Any way was told to leave the store or she would call the cops I told her to call because Pizza Hut stole From us by giving us wrong order and not refunding the money. She decided that cops wouldn’t come out for that at that point and still refused to refund our money and said to call the general manager. So I am and corporate and the owner. Gave her opportunity to refund the money herself but she’s on a pizza manager power trip."
"Terrible pizza. Your known for doing one thing, and it's in your name, and you can't even do that right. Just a sea of cheese with no flavor and an undercooked crust. I get nostalgic over Pizza Hut and give it a shot every few years. I'm always disappointed. Haven't had a good slice since the mid 2000's. This is more than the rose colored glasses of nostalgia, see photo attached to review, objectively that's a bad pie. Even my children hated it, children love pizza."
"Tiny chicken bits were made out of breading and the cheese bread was burnt, but the kids ate it because it was late and they were hungry. Definitely not worth $30. Please do better, I don’t like spending money on poor quality food."
