I was greeted warmly by a nice gentleman (I think his name was Kevin, but not sure) and Emma helped me with everything I needed for my visit. She was very courteous, prompt, and professional."
"Phone could make outside calls. Tech who worked on phone said he replaced SIMM card and all was OK. I believed him but after driving 25 miles home found out he did nothing. Phone still not working, can't call because that was initial problem. 2nd time with terrible service at Sebring ATT."
"My 87-year-old mom and I went to the store today 8/31/23 around 1 pm. We were immediately greeted by Emma at the door and offered assistance. My mom had been having trouble hearing her phone and receiving texts and calls and Emma determined there were some settings based on her holding and even looking at the phone that could be changed to ensure she would hear the calls. Despite several successful test calls, Mom was set on getting a new phone. She decided on the iPhone 13. Emma was extremely patient helping my mom switch over from her old to her new phone, and made sure she had every last detail taken care of (except Face ID course) so when Mom rolled out of there with her walker, she was all set. She reminded me to help her with the Face ID when we got home. I noticed the other staff members being very patient with other older customers as well. This is a wonderful place to go and thanks, Emma, for your kindness and patience helping my mom get a new phone! It’s important for her to feel safe and now she does."
