"If you are a truck driver seeking work from BratCat Express, expect to be badgered and coerced endlessly to run illegal. Brita was my friend but as a trucking employer she is a completely different person who dismisses highway safety expects you to do the same. The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration regulations that may not be the best, but they are the law of the land. Coercion, Badgering and Harassment to break FMCSA regulations are a $16,000.00 fine per incident and Brita is convinced she is somehow above these regulations. Accept employment for her at your peril. She isn't paying enough for you to jeopardize your CDL and no amount of money is worth risking your life and lives of others."

"Unfortunately for me, I gave up a very good job to be employed by Brita. I have filed a complaint with the Federal Motor Carrier Association due to her bullying tactics and intimidation to coerce me to drive on personal conveyance in order to meet poorly scheduled deliveries times and pick ups. Among many other things, she called me repeatedly while I was driving, she harassed me endlessly about minor things. My phone records show that while working for her she called anywhere from 5-10 times per day. The max one day was 13 times. She didn’t pay me for one of the loads I carried and had the nerve to add it to my W2 and I currently have to waste a lot of time fighting for $279. If you’re thinking about working for her, think again."
