"When I go to a UPS store all I want to do is ship a package. Recently I had to deal with Corey. Evidently now the employee is right abs the customer is wrong. Corey and his attitude will now force me to shop elsewhere. Now I have tell my family and my friends the experience I had with Corey. I will shop elsewhere because of Corey!"

"This place is only good to drop off Amazon returns. I just walked in with an arm full of stuff and tending to purchase a box and ship from the store. He wanted to charge me for the box before even handing it over, after I told him I was sending from here. Then he would not even let me use the tape, grabbed it out of my reach. Said this is a managers decision. This is a shipping store!!!!! Even the post office, let you use their tape!"

"I have used this UPS store for over five years and never had an issue. However, I have always brought my items in packaged. Most recently, I brought in an apple watch to ship to my husband who was about to be deployed. I did not have the proper packaging at home, so they offered to pack and ship it for me. Before I left the store, I even asked the associate to remove it from the counter as it was sitting out in a store full of people. I should have listened to my gut feeling that something wasn't right. Of course, the tracking information showed that it never even left the store. They claim to have checked their cameras, but it never showed up. I suspect that someone in that store stole the watch. Anyways, I file a claim and am told I will be reimbursed for the full amount ($800). Three months later I receive a check for $117. When I called the store (took multiple attempts as they don't answer the phone or answer and leave you on hold for 10+ minutes), I was told that since the declared value was listed at $100 that is all they will reimburse. Not only is that completely different than what the manager told me, but it is not the declared value I gave them when I initially shipped the package. I also noticed on the receipt that it says it was packed by customer, which it was not. So disappointed that my husband, who is overseas fighting for our country, not only didn't get his watch in time but also now has to deal with this mess. I will never go here again and would suggest others be very cautions. TLDR: Pretty sure someone stole my deployed husband's apple watch and will only be reimbursed $100. Nice way to treat our service members /s. Just be careful if you decide to risk it and use this store."
