The UPS Store

"I arrived at the UPS Store at 7:55am and waited outside for them to open at 8:00am as posted on the door. By 8:05am there were 6 of us waiting outside and know one was there to open the store. I couldn’t wait since I had an appointment and I still believe on being on time so I left. I questioned some of those waiting outside and they said this is normal that they don’t open on time and the times vary when they get here. Obviously UPS has no respect for their customers. So sad to see such a decline in UPS."

"I went in on my lunch break today to send a couple items. There were a couple people in line ahead of me but those transactions seemed to go smoothly. When it was my turn, the gentleman who called me up was relieved for lunch by a young lady who had just entered the customer facing area. I noticed that she did not log in to the POC terminal, she just took over (I noticed the cashier name on my receipt was "sales associate" so everyone probably shares the same login- not really the best practice and makes it difficult to track if someone messes up). She had no nametag and never introduced herself. We proceeded to lumber through the transaction in the time it took the other (incredibly polite and charismatic) cashier to get through 3-4 customers. The DMV scene from 'Zootopia' was comically similar to what I experienced. The only difference was that her attitude toward me was as if she suspected me of pissing in her Cheerios that morning. Everyone has bad days and customer service can be exhausting; I get it, but, this seemed more like an issue with the culture of the business. I will likely try to avoid this location in the future."

"I’ve had mailboxes at several UPS Mailboxes locations throughout my business career, and store 3563 in Jupiter is by far the best. Joseph, the manager, is knowledgeable, friendly and goes out of his way to make sure you receive great service. They always have enough staff on hand to handle the incoming customers, which can be a problem at some other UPS stores. Highly recommend store 3563."

"I walked in 10 mins before they closed. Three people were in front of me. When I got to the front of the line, the guy actually asked me “Ready? You know we close in 5 mins” My response “I was waiting in line for 5 mins” he had the worst attitude the entire time I was in there. I left at 3:05 only 5 mins late and if he didn’t complain and make a big deal about locking up the store after processing half my packages, I would have left at 3:00 pm on time. Maybe he had something to do right after work or he was having a bad day, but please don’t take it out on the customer. Next time I will use FedEx or USPS."

"I was able to ship my package within five minutes. The staff are kind, helpful, and efficient. In addition, the store offers all sorts of goods and services, like printing, packaging, and mailboxes. Although it is definitely more expensive than USPS, I would ship through here instead of waiting in line at the post office any day! Will definitely come back."
