"Ben and Eli are always awesome whenever I stop by and I’m in need for parts. I work insane hours and happened to have a little bit of extra time, so took the wheels off my bike and went to drop them off to get new rubber mounted later in the day on a Friday. I was expecting it to be probably late Saturday to early Sunday pick up given how late it was, however Eli was awesome and hooked it up with mounting/balancing right away, which actually helped me make a charity ride I had signed up for but didn’t think I was going to be able to make Saturday morning because my current tires were toast (no, I didn’t mention anything about the ride either) he simply took it upon himself to get it done to get me back on the road and that type of great initiative and high level of customer service has to be recognized. Ben is also very knowledgeable plus he’s a racing guy like me, which makes for great conversation whenever I stop by for something. Keep up the great work fellas!"

"I ordered a helmet from the website and had it delivered to my local store. The assistant manager, Eli helped me assess whether the helmet fit me properly, and it did not. Thankfully, they had one in my size. Eli returned the ordered helmet and went out of his way to save me money. He also offered his expert advice re: crown padding and visors. Overall, considering this was my very first experience buying from this store, it was wonderful! Although I live 30 min from this store, I’d make the drive anytime. Great staff!"

"Stopped in with my wife to get some new helmets since it was the last day of the cyber week sale, Ben saw us looking at them and came over. Very knowledgeable about any gear that they have in stock, he helped us figure out what size my wife truly is and she planned on ordering a helmet online because there wasn’t many helmets in her size at the store. From there Ben helped us find a jacket she liked. While going to the register I saw a stack of helmets on some boxes and noticed one that fit my needs it also fit perfectly and had a $219.99 sale sign attached to the box it was sitting on. We went to checkout with the helmet and jacket and to check out helmets for my wife to order online. Ben talked to us about the rewards they have it was $60 a year annually we added it to the purchase came with some discounts for the current items we have. I was under the impression that while I looked around a little more my wife had picked out a helmet online. We continued to checkout and pay for the items and only after I paid did I find out that the helmet I ordered in store was in the wrong place and was actually $319.99. Unfortunately I had already had my heart set on it and didn’t want to put it back. But I wish that they were able to offer some kind or solution other than returning it. Even a small discount, store credit, or something towards my next purchase would have been great since it was technically in the $219.99 spot. Other than that Ben was great and helped us out and we will be back for the next adventure!"

"Came all the way from Auburndale to look at helmets for my husband. Eli and Amar are TOP NOTCH! These guys took the time to go through several helmets with him to make sure he got one he not only liked, but that would be safe and comfortable. They also helped my 6 year old with gloves that she didn't need at all but absolutely couldn't live without lol. They didn't pressure us into spending the most money for all the things. They definitely are great salesmen and team members. They took the time to help install the Sena headset we bought. This store benefits from having them for sure! If you're in the market for anything gear wise...go see Eli and Amar!!!!!! To the manager......treat these boys right and give them a raise THEY DESERVE IT!!!!!"
