"The past year probably due to a completely new staff... The line and customer service has been abysmal. Usually a very long line in conjunction due to lack of employee knowledge or lethargy. Sloth-like motions at the checkout is accountable for the long lines. I'd highly recommend self checkouts so lines wouldn't be backed up all the time now. I will probably start driving to the other location further away from me in Tyrone due to better management and acclimation to high productivity."

"Came to purchase new outfits for work and spent 150$ on a few outfits to not even be addressed at the register or looked at. The clerk took her time on purpose slowly grabbing our items, did not help condense the counter for more items to put down, much less even acknowledge our business. The young lady with curly bouncy hair is a trash part time employee, I could only imagine what kind of employee she is for a more serious role."
