"Sad to say but I've been a member for many years now and seen the decline in this gym. It's honestly filthy, the machines are corroded from the years of people's sweat not being cleaned off the machines. You can see the dust built up on the walls and machines as well. It's just makes my skin crawl.. I can't even enjoy my workouts here anymore. I'm canceling my membership. Not to mention I find myself saying hi and bye to staff that rarely speak back. The vibes are not it here. This Gym chain is likely to get shut down due to lack of upkeep and cleaning of the gym. Also the costumer service will likely push members out the door. Very sad Amped had a lot of potential."

"I've taken all necessary steps to cancel my membership, sent a letter, emailed, called and left voicemails, yet this establishment is still attempting to charge me for my monthly membership. If there is any chance that you will need to move out of Pinellas in the future, I would highly advise against signing up with this establishment as they will make it nearly impossible to cancel."

"Great gym, great price. The only thing they need to improve is cleaning times. They constantly close the bathrooms during peak gym hours. When you have limited time to gym and you arrive with a closed restroom sign, it gets aggravating."

"The staff is pretty unfriendly. The equipment is okay. The 24 hour access is through an app that constantly has issues, and you will receive random emails if someone else checks in behind you. I was charged an additional fee after I canceled my membership because I am moving out of state. When asked about the fee, I was told it is an annual fee. I asked the worker why would I be getting charged an annual fee when I am moving out of state and will not be able to used the gym anyways and he had no answer and simply ignored my question. I would recommend either searching for a better run gym that values the members it has."
